As per my review below... this should definitely be 5 stars not 3.

We were very impressed with the service Chris provided for my dad(and family) when we were holidaying in Swanage. My dad is in a wheelchair and has dementia. We used Chris to transport us to places and help us in with the wheelchair. Chris always addressed my dad by his name and explained what he was going to do - put the wheelchair in the car, push the chair back etc. It meant a happy dad and peace of mind for us.

We hired Chris to transport my father from hospital so he could go to my mother's funeral. He was prompt professional and was very helpful and showed empathy given the situation. Can highly recommend his services he is very passionate about his job and it shows. Would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you Chris you made a difficult day so much easier for me and my family.

Chris is excellent in the way he looks after you. I have used him now on many occasions for hospital appointments, takes all the stress out of getting to the hospital and getting to the right department. Would not hesitate recommend Chris and his services to anyone. Certainly deserves more than 5 star rating.

Chris puts you at ease, the moment he meets you.He chats to you on your journey, and he stays with you whilst at your appointment, and then brings you home. I have used this service on numerous occasions for medical appointments. On each occasion the service has been excellent! Chris has made stressful situations far more bareable and has looked after me throughout.
